Notice to Shareholders | Delay in publishing reviewed financial statements

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS: Relating to the extension of publication of reviewed results for the half year ended 08th July 2024.

The Board wishes to inform its stakeholders that the half year results for half year ended 08th July 2024, originally scheduled for publication by the 08th of October, 2024 will be delayed. The delay was occasioned by the change in functional and reporting currency matters as we transition to USD reporting. Edgars Stores Limited has sought and obtained approval from the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) to defer the publication of the financial statements to on or before the 7th of November 2024.
